The Herbal Chef is on a mission to educate the world on cannabis cuisine. Not weed brownies, or weed gummies, but actual fine dinning cuisine that enhances the experience of both the food and the plant. Chris has spearheaded an initiative to get the right information to the key stakeholders in the food and cannabis industry.
Amotion Films worked closely with The Herbal Chef, George Brown College FIRSt and the Infused Innovations Initiative to continue on a documentary video series that Chris has been working on. This documentary episode follows Chris and his team educating the food and beverage world on the uses of cannabis in food on the eve of cannabis legalization in Canada (October 17th, 2018). The world is seeing a shift in how we live. The concept of tiny living isn't something new, but the movement is gaining traction in Ontario, Canada. Municipalities across the province are making it easier for people to explore the options of tiny house living. But what about this movement is so attractive? Is it minimalism? Is it the ambitions to be more green? How has COVID changed our attitude towards sustainability and purposeful living? This documentary follows the Metz family as they try to live by example and educate the community about tiny house living, and the importance of the world outside their doors.
